Jon Sully leads the Business Development Company team and has over 20 years in retail and property.

Most recently was a co-owner of one of Australia’s largest and most successful retail food chains, Michel’s Patisserie which together, they grew to over 360 stores around Australia and New Zealand; Michel’s, was recently sold to a large publicly listed entity.

Jon is a BDC Board member and has a background in Property Management with Mister Minit, Lend Lease Retail, Jones Lang Wootton, and Pioneer Jukeboxes.

Jon currently works personally with all of our clients including Urban Burger, Jeep and Kathmandu, to name a few.
